Robert Postotnik returns to award-winning, global entertainment agency, AKA NYC as an Art Director. Working cross-platform, Robert oversees campaigns from concept to production executions in print and digital. Current clients include: ANASTASIA THE MUSICAL, A BRONX TALE, COME FROM AWAY THE MUSICAL, NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN, SIGNIFICANT OTHER, GROUNDHOG DAY THE MUSICAL & FIDDLER ON THE ROOF.
Previously, Robert oversaw the creative development at digital agency, 87AM.He lead the design, branding and creative development forvarious entertainment and lifestyle verticals including: THE LION KING, ALADDIN, DISNEY ON ICE, BLUE MAN GROUP, GIRL SCOUTS OF AMERICA, SHOWTIME NETWORK, IFC, THE HISTORY CHANNEL, RITUALS COSMETICS, CHRIS SANTOS RESTAURANTS, and PBS.
Robert is a 2015 Creativity International Award recipient for his work on THE LION KING. In 2015 he directed a video shoot for THE LION KING. The video assets collected have been utilized for digital signage in Times Square and national online advertisements. He recently launched and re-designed the Broadway website for THE LION KING in the fall of 2015.
Before his time at 87AM Robert served as Digital Art Director at AKA NYC. He won the 2012 Broadway Marketing award for Best Website for MATILDA THE MUSICAL. While at AKA, Robert worked on over 60 Broadway and Off-Broadway clients including: MATILDA, BILLY ELLIOT, THE BOOK OF MORMON, SPIDER-MAN, MANHATTAN THEATRE CLUB, A CHRISTMAS STORY, HEATHERS THE MUSICAL, THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY, ONCE, MEMPHIS THE MUSICAL, GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS starring Al Pacino, ALL THE WAY starring Bryan Cranston and many more.
He has also worked on a variety of industry firsts in regards to media placements and digital innovations for advertising for The New York Times,Vulture.com, Broadwayworld, Playbill.com and Time Out New York.
Robert re-designed the keyart of Broadway favorite ROCK OF AGES in 2012. The art was seen globally and utilized on all advertisements for the Broadway and Vegas productions (Times Square billboards, buses, taxi tops, subway takeovers, print, digital, etc.)
Additional experience includes work for The Tony Awards, Broadway League, Euro RSCG, and The Corcoran Group.
