Robert “R.Po” Postotnik is a Creative Director and Vice President of Design at Paramount, where he leads high-profile campaigns with a distinctive blend of artistry and efficiency. A hands-on maker as well as a leader, he’s deeply involved in every detail of a campaign. He is deeply involved from concept through final delivery, bringing a meticulous eye that has shaped more than 100+ pieces of key art at Paramount. In this role, he partners closely with teams to bring multi-platform promos, key art, B2B materials, merchandise, events, buzz-worthy experiential activations, influencer outreach, and FYC campaigns to life. He creates work worth talking about.
Prior to Paramount, he served as Design Director at AKA, where he oversaw 360° campaigns for live entertainment and cultural brands including & Juliet, Funny Girl, Harry Potter, The Met Museum, The New York Botanical Garden, and Edge at Hudson Yards. He also led digital creative for Disney Theatrical Group. During the pandemic, he found himself as Creative Director for personal injury giant Morgan & Morgan, because his versatility extends from drag queens to slip-and-fall lawsuits.
With a background spanning both agency and in-house roles, Robert brings a 360° perspective on building world-class creative that resonates across platforms. Passionate about design as both craft and strategy, he thrives on creating bold, memorable campaigns that balance creative excellence with real-world impact.
